Critique of the Week Submission Instructions

To enter a video of your barrel run for consideration in “Critique of the Week”

1. Send a copy of a single run on either:
   1. DVD
   2. Mini DV Tape
2. Clearly label the DVD or Mini-DV Tape with the following:
   1. Name of the rider
   2. Age of the rider at the time of the run
   3. Hometown & State of the rider   
   4. Name of the horse                                    
3. Double Click on the “Release Form” Icon on this Web Page.
4. Print, Read, and Sign the Release Form.
5. If you are under 18 years of age: Your Legal Guardian Must Sign the Release Form.
6. Mail the DVD or Mini-DV Tape and The Signed Release Form to:

1. If you would like to have your DVD or Mini-DV Tape Returned:

You must include a properly self addressed and stamped envelope in your package.
